We don’t certify roofs, structure, wiring, gas appliances, or air quality, and we don’t do licensed electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work. When something needs a specialist, we tell you plainly and help you find the right one. Mobility or fall concerns can go to a full in-home safety assessment by an occupational therapist.
